Cheryl Barbato

Cheryl Co-Founded Talent Retriever in 2004 on a mission to disrupt recruiting. Since then, hundreds of companies have benefited from our approach to hiring and building amazing teams. On a day to day basis, Cheryl focuses on client service and delivery, ensuring the Talent Retriever team is running like a machine and clients are happy. Cheryl also works on expansion of Talent Retriever across the US.

In her former life, Cheryl spent most of her career heading up marketing and business development programs for a number of large law firms in New York and Boston. This is where she developed her passion for working closely with professionals to understand their challenges and develop fast, effective solutions.

Cheryl received her BA from UMass Amherst. In her spare time, she enjoys the gym and loves to read. Her most favorite hobby is hanging out with her two lovely daughters, enjoying lots of laughs and creating great memories.
