Leslie Morgan

Leslie landed in recruiting by default. Upon moving back to Boston from Texas, she met with a recruiter to discuss career opportunities. One of these options was a position with Talent Retriever. Little did she know this would be the career path she would stay in. Recruiting has allowed Leslie to showcase her core skills—adaptability, a passion for building and sustaining customer relationships, trustworthiness and a keen sense of urgency. Leslie is a hands-on recruiter and project lead. Her focus is customer satisfaction and she is relentless in her efforts to meet or exceed client expectations.

Early on, Leslie worked in finance at a leading Boston hospital, where she determined she must have been a doctor in a past life. She has a real passion for healthcare and life sciences, and has been known to diagnose herself and others, often quite accurately.

Leslie received her BS from Northeastern University. In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with her large extended family and friends. She also loves refurbishing furniture, jet setting and taking in a Red Sox or Bruins game.
