Marcus Tgettis

Marcus joined the Talent Retriever team in 2022 after spending more than 15 years in large scale enterprise technology and life-science organizations. An avid thought leader in talent acquisition, Marcus is excited to bring his expertise to Talent Retriever as the company pursues aggressive plans to expand. Marcus is a creative thinker, bold leader, and rapid implementer of new initiatives for our internal team and partners alike and loves to develop new products within the consultative model that is Talent Retriever.

Prior to joining Talent Retriever, Marcus held global talent acquisition and HR leadership roles at Sage Therapeutics, Rapid7, Constant Contact, and Akamai where he helped those companies scale their workforces worldwide. He received his BS at the University of Massachusetts. Isenberg School of Management. With a passion for speaking on HR, People, and Talent related events and conferences, he is frequently featured and quoted in New York Times, Boston Business Journal, and the Boston Globe.

In his free time, you can find Marcus enjoying family time with his wife and two children, at the baseball field. As founder of Knight Riders Baseball, a non-profit travel baseball program for children ages 9-12, Marcus and family are very active in local varsity youth sports.
